House Contractor is an NPC in Hades. The House Contractor is a shade assigned by Hades to restore and renovate the Underworld. The House Contractor also offers services to Zagreus in exchange for Gemstones and Diamonds. These services include adding furnishings to the House of Hades, Zagreus's room, and other locations in the Underworld. Certain furnishings can provide Zagreus with helpful assistance during his escape attempts. The House Contractor lists all available upgrades and furnishings, with some options requiring the purchase of others before becoming available.
Perpetually must the Underworld be maintained, for its population only grows and grows.
