Persephone is an NPC in Hades. Persephone is the goddess of vegetation. She is also a daughter of Demeter and a mortal farmer. After marrying Hades, she assumed the role of the benevolent Queen of the Underworld, characterized by her grace and compassion. Though she is Zagreus' birth mother, Persephone departed for the surface world under mysterious circumstances. The reasons for her departure remain unclear, and whether she successfully escaped or not is shrouded in uncertainty, but one thing is clear, it is that she is not dead.
